Our Story: Graceland of Lawtey - From Repair Tech to Local Dealership
Hi, I'm Paul Smith, and I'm the owner of Graceland of Lawtey. I've spent my entire life working with my hands. For over 30 years, I've been in the various construction trades, and even served as a licensed home inspector. For the past two years, I was the warranty and repair technician for Graceland Portable Buildings across Florida.
This experience provided invaluable insight into the craftsmanship and durable quality that Graceland provides.
As I got older, I realized my body wasn't keeping up with the demands of constant physical labor. Opening Graceland of Lawtey felt like the perfect way to combine my experience with a more sustainable path.
My wife and I have been happily married and settled in Lawtey for 15 years. This is my hometown, and we love the sense of community here.
We're passionate about supporting local business and enjoy gardening and sharing our harvest with friends and family. We believe in the value of hard work, honesty, and treating our customers like family.
I'll be honest, I wasn't always the best youngster growing up. But life has a way of teaching you lessons. Turning 60 has brought with it a wealth of life lessons. I've worked hard to grow as a person, and I'm deeply committed to providing my customers with honest, reliable service they can trust.
